Bukan resolusi, tapi target. Tadinya gak mau menulis resolusi dengan rapih, cuma yang terlintas di kepala aja kayak dipost sebelumnya.. Tapi merasa butuh menuliskannya agar lebih konkrit. Walaupun ide baru muncul 5 hari kemudian, gak apa-apa. With one month to-be filled in holiday, let's start this year with a good spirit and positive vibes :)
- Sholat 5 waktu. Bukan karena pahala atau dosa, bukan karena surga atau neraka. Tapi karena sebagai wujud rasa syukur. Tolonglah gue munafik banget, masa sholat kalau ada maunya doang? Sekarang bolong-bolong? Gamau kayak gini tapi MALAS. dasar syaiton. Nah mulai ada target, jadi harus dilaksanakan agar menjadi kebiasaan lagi. Oke deb? Ok doakan guys
- Menulis jurnal & pengeluaran rutin tiap hari. Biar kerasa 'hidup' kayak dulu lagi. Biar kerasa betapa borosnya diri ini :(
- Take a good care of my physical health and mental well-being. #exoticself. Including my skin, my sleep hours, my hair, my weight and others mainly to BOOST MY CONFIDENCE (concrete steps: DRINK MORE, more veggie + fruits + vitamins, and more WORK OUT).. dan menulis agenda kesibukan biar teratur, biar gak stress dan mampu mengatur waktu dengan baik!
- Mindfulness. Jangan bengong! Perceive well by sensing well. Listen more, give more, and smile more :-)
- Less social media? This one is WAY TOO DIFFICULT. I miss my old days when I haven't create a path, snapchat, twitter, facebook, instagram, phhhoto account. I miss being missed out.. to be honest. I think it is better to have less time for unproductive things like scrolling path, watching snap stories, exploring instagram way too far, etc.
